We’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our website and to our luxury cumbrian cottages. As a family we love the lakes and its where we can relax and unwind with our daughters and grandchildren. If you are thinking of booking a holiday in the Lake District then we can assure you you will not be disappointed. We are a small family run company with extensive experience of holiday letting in the Lakes. Over the last 25 years my wife and I have founded and managed two major holiday agencies in the Lakes; Cumbrian Cottages and more recently Lakes Cottages Holidays, which is now in partnership with a national agency. Since  selling Lakes Cottage Holidays in 2017 we wanted to personally promote our own family holiday cottages that we as a family own. Our daughters who also help us run the company enjoy the lakes as much as we do and now they are taking their children to days and out and walks in the lakes as we did when they were younger. We have so many cherished memories in the Lakes and we hope you will too.  Whether you are looking for a romantic boathouse for two on the shores of Ullswater or you are looking for a large manor style property where a large family or a couple of families can stay together, or anything in between, then I’m sure we have a cottage that is right for you.
